ABOUT ME

A decade of design, code & creative chaos

For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of design, product, and technology. I’ve turned complicated systems into intuitive experiences, guided teams through emerging technologies like AI, and shaped early ideas into products that can grow, scale, and last.

I’m most comfortable in the messy middle, when the problem is not fully defined, priorities compete, and the path forward is still taking shape. That is where I tend to do my best work.

MY APPROACH

How I think & work.

I listen first, ask questions that uncover what is really getting in the way, and connect the dots between user needs, business goals, and technical realities.

I like working closely with the people building the product, not handing work over from a distance. Designers, developers, product teams, and stakeholders all see different parts of the problem, and the strongest solutions usually come from bringing those perspectives together early.

I’ve always been drawn to work that sits between creativity and problem-solving. I like figuring out how things work, why they are not working, and how a thoughtful change can make the entire experience feel simpler. That curiosity has taken me through design, development, product strategy, leadership, and mentorship, and it still shapes how I approach every project.

MY PROCESS

Design Process

A structured, flexible process to move from complex problems to meaningful, real-world solutions.

01

Outcome Definition
Align on the business objective, measurable success metrics, and the core user problem before design begins.

02

Research & Positioning
Review the competitive landscape, user behaviour, market signals, and existing product data to identify opportunities and define strategic direction.

03

Product Architecture
Map user flows, information architecture, feature relationships, and interaction logic to create a clear foundation for the experience.

04

Wireframes & Direction
Explore concepts from low to high fidelity to validate hierarchy, usability, interaction patterns, and overall experience clarity before visual polish.

05

Visual System & UI
Translate the experience into a scalable interface system that balances brand, usability, accessibility, consistency, and product performance.

06

Experimentation Layer
Create structured variations to test assumptions, measure behaviour, and optimize key journeys, conversion points, and product outcomes.

07

Developer Handoff
Provide documented components, specifications, responsive behaviour, edge cases, and production-ready assets.

08

Implementation Collaboration
Work alongside developers throughout the build, adapting designs when technical constraints surface, solving edge cases in real time

09

QA & Iteration Design
Review the built experience against design intent, resolve implementation issues, use post-launch data & feedback to continuously refine the product.

A more human and thoughtful digital world is possible.

What’s Next

I’m always interested in thoughtful products, complicated problems, and good people building something meaningful.
