At AppDynamics, I worked as Digital Operations Lead and UI/UX Designer, responsible for both the enterprise website and the systems that supported the web team.

I helped lead the migration from WordPress to AEM, then later inherited a struggling full-site redesign with six weeks remaining, an exhausted $225K external design budget, only four completed page designs, and roughly 375 pages to account for.

Rather than redesigning pages individually, I reframed the project as a modular system-design problem. I created approximately 25 reusable modules, defined their responsive behavior and content rules, and organized design, development, QA, and publishing to run in parallel.

That approach allowed us to launch 145 redesigned pages in the initial release and continue rolling out the remaining pages at roughly three per day.

I also restructured navigation, redesigned key product, solutions, resources, and events experiences, and used analytics and experimentation to improve engagement and free-trial conversion. The final design system extended across the website, blog, learning center, and SaaS product, while also making the web team faster and more consistent.
