Facility Hub

Facility Hub is a client-facing SaaS platform created for TTPG to help property managers, building operators, and facility teams manage the ongoing health of commercial properties in one place.

When I joined the project, the technical foundation already existed, but the experience still felt heavily developer-led. My role focused on modernizing the interface, improving user flows, and working directly with development to make the platform clearer, more intuitive, and easier to use for teams with varying levels of technical experience.

I redesigned key areas including property dashboards, record organization, maintenance workflows, mobile experiences, and the building-health scoring system, which used existing inspection, compliance, and maintenance data to give users a clearer view of property performance.

I also helped evolve the experience around LeakTracker, the standalone issue-tracking product that helped shape the broader Facility Hub platform.

The result was a more polished and usable system that supported fewer missed inspections, clearer maintenance priorities, easier portfolio oversight, improved client reporting, reduced manual administration, and simpler onboarding.
