HomePorter began as an early-stage virtual consultation concept connecting homeowners with home inspectors. As the sole Product Designer and Product Manager, I helped evolve it into a two-sided home management platform designed to support both homeowners and inspectors before, during, and after a consultation.

I led the product experience from research and workflow definition through UI design, AI integration, testing, and development collaboration. For homeowners, the platform introduced scheduling, maintenance planning, property and appliance records, local professional recommendations, DIY resources, and ongoing guidance for managing the home. For inspectors, it created tools to manage availability, conduct virtual consultations, document findings, and use AI to turn conversations into structured inspection reports in a fraction of the time required manually.

The project required continuous user advocacy, rapid iteration, and close collaboration with development as technical constraints and business priorities changed throughout R&D. What began as a simple video-call experience became a connected product ecosystem focused on reducing administrative work for professionals while helping homeowners feel more informed, confident, and proactive about maintaining their homes.
